I turned in my car on a Tuesday morning I had Noe Espinosa help me with my quote and everything in general such a nice guy with great information my car was done by Wednesday before 1PM just as how he mentioned to me, perfect service quality work and great staff.

The shop lacks basic honesty and customer respect. They poorly reassembled my door panel after an insurance repair, leaving an obvious gap. Instead of fixing it, the desk advisor gaslit me, denied the physical facts, and argued with me. I would never recommend a business that treats customers this way.

The broke my arm rest on my door panel and Noe was very unprofessional in dealing with my concern instead stated that nothing i say will make you happy and when i stated i will talk to manager on Monday said “you got it”

This shop did an insurance repair on my driver mirror, which required removing the door panel. Now, there is a large gap in my driver-side armrest where I can fit my finger. The passenger side is completely flush. When I pointed the issue out, the technician dishonestly claimed the gaps were exactly the same to avoid fixing their mistake. The administration was just as poor I went up there in person on Monday to handle an insurance hold and told them, "Hopefully it will clear sooner." Despite these assurances, when I arrived Tuesday, nothing was ready. The advisor claimed he didn't know I was coming, forcing me to wait for paperwork and a sudden final inspection they never warned me about. The repair quality and communication were terrible. A manager needs to contact me to resolve my door panel properly.
