I would communicate my concerns about communication but I would recommend the work.

The repair, so far, seems to be completed well. The communication during the repair process was not always up to date. There were days that the car was supposed to be finished, but I didn't hear from Caliber that the repair window was being extended until I called them.

Donnie at the office was extremely helpful getting my Honda taken care of. They did a great job and it looks better than I had expected. My insurance company had given me a runaround and your folks were able to get this done quickly and I’m very impressed with The work they did and the customer service was great!
