Ken and his team were excellent to work with. Every step of the process was easy and the repair was beautifully paint matched with the rest of the car. If I ever find myself in the situation of needing my car repaired and painted again, I am coming straight to this shop.

I was given multiple deadlines for return of my car. Each time I set aside time away from work in order to get my car back (as I had to return the rental). Your company went past my insurances allowance for rental, and kept giving me false estimates that lead to over $1000 in loss from the work I do. The car is in fine shape now as far as I can tell but the experience waiting was terrible, and all the false deadlines lead to loss. Not an experience I would ever want to repeat.

Repair quality was not the issue. Customer service was. I was given multiple dates of completion and each time I took time off from work to be ready to get my car. I lost over 1000 in income due to these false dates of completion. While I understand that things take time, providing false dates or estimates that are so out of line with reality results in a disgruntled customer. No compensation or discount was provided and the owner never called after I requested a call. I would not use Caliber again.
