Justin is a complete and utter disappointment to this company, demonstrating a lack of respect. His performance is subpar. Furthermore, the customer service at the front desk is also severely lacking. I will not recommend this establishment and will express my dissatisfaction in my reviews. Justin requested that I leave my vehicle when I had no alternative transportation until the necessary part arrived, and then expected me to pay my deductible despite the unavailability of the final part. I asked him to refrain from approaching me at the front desk, but he continued to do so, causing agitation. The front desk attendant then began yelling, and when I responded in kind, she claimed that I had yelled at her. I am extremely dissatisfied and will never return to this establishment. I expect the remaining repairs to my vehicle to be completed, but I will not utilize the services of this company again. Justin stayed on the phone with no resolve for 35 min while I was at work . He is a complete prick.

Christian was nice . The front desk lady was so rude yelling getting involved in argument that had nothing to do with her horrible customer service horrible . Justin is so rude I don’t want to deal with him at all

Ken, Val, and the front desk lady were all so sincerely helpful in the entire experience. Even after I tried to pull back my car in the middle of the repair due to my own miscommunication with my own insurance company, they were all so helpful and willing to comply with all of my wishes without a slight hesitation. They could have easily said no it is in the process, charged me the part, the labor, and the stocking fees, and returned my car back with not drivable condition. But instead, they tried to get involved with my situation, to better understand, and to solve my issues with my own insurance company. I cannot thank all of you enough, for not only my car looks stunning for your mechanical crew's work, but also the entire warm experience I had . Largely, the reason why I tried to pull back my car was that I am strongly against any situations that are any less than perfect integrity and transparency. That was not the case with any of the situations here, but the calmness, the integrity, and the speed of responses, at every level, you guys were exceptional. You all exceeded my higher than typical expectations so by far. Thank you so much for everything you do. You couldn’t have done it better. I am entirely thrilled that I have my car back, I brought my car there, and it was done by all the people at the Caliber C. Thank you!
