Poor communication, extremely dismissive attitude from the staff. Once repairs were complete, no one walked through any of the repairs that were made during inspection to discuss what work was actually performed, and the front desk associate seemed very disinterested in discussing any repair details. Communication was virtually non-existent and customer service was brutally abhorrent. I reluctantly used this shop at the suggestion of my insurance carrier. I WOULD NOT recommend this business to anyone, and I WOULD NOT use them again in the future. I deeply regret utilizing their services. No insurance carrier should use this shop. They should absolutely go out of business because they do not appear to know or care anything about their customers!!!!!

The communication from Ken was consistent and I appreciate being kept informed on the progress throughout the repair process. After reviewing the work I was impressed. Other than the stripping that we have to wait to complete, the car looks just as it did prior to the accident.

Kenneth was amazing! He kept me informed throughout the entire process & always was available when I called with all the answers to my questions. When I arrived to get my car- I did not see him, but he met me outside before I left to make sure that everything was copacetic & I was satisfied.
