You just returned my car and neither of my side mirrors are operable. Both the right one that was supposed to be repaired, AND the left driver side window that was working just fine and wasn’t damaged prior to dropping it off at caliber. I’m blown away by the audacity to return my car when clearly neither of my side mirrors are operable. They also flap in the wind so they will not remain in place while driving it. This is bullshit and unacceptable, and I’m calling farmers insurance now to tell them that.

Shasta provided extremely excellent customer service!! She made sure to provide me with timely updates on my vehicle and insured I had no questions. She even made sure I had my car delivered to my home due to my busy work schedule. The representative who dropped off the car provided excellent service as well. I am very pleased with Caliber Collision and glad I chose them for my repair. Shasta deserves a raise!

This was a great experience. Everything about this company was very professional. They got me in quick and the work was also done very quick. Absolute painless. Shasta made sure to keep me informed of the progress each day. Would definitely recommend these guys and will for sure use them again. Thank you all
