Caliber Cartersville did an excellent job repairing my Mazda CX 5. Clay (painter) did AMAZING with the color match on the metallic Mazda red. My car was in and out in under 2 weeks and I received text updates as it moves through the process. I would definitely recommend Caliber Cartersville to anyone who needs a collision shop.

Everything went very well. Everyone was very nice and helpful. Stayed in touch. My truck turned out looking as good or better before the accident. I have used caliber in the past and both times have been more than happy with my results and how I was treated by the staff.

I was disappointed with the lack of communication throughout my repair process. I had to repeatedly follow up for any updates or status of my vehicle. Clear and timely communication is important when dealing with car repairs and unfortunately that expectation was not met. I am from Chicago and used Caliber there. Did not have an issue whatsoever. This location is Georgia was not the same at all.
