Window regulator damaged during accident not repaired after I told the shop 3 times about it. Additionally, after returning home, the right rear shock leaked fluid all over my garage, and upon attempting to drive the car, found the handling to be unsafe. Left a message for Patrick last week but still have not heard back

The body repair looks great. Shasta was awesome: She kept in contact and kept me updated far beyond my expectations. She couldn't be there when I picked up my truck, but made a point to call me and see that I was satisfied with repairs. I dont remember all the team members that I spoke to throughout the process, but every one of them was extremely friendly and willing to help any way they could. Caliber Collision has definitely won my business in the future if needed. A-Plus service and will definitely recommend.

The work and communication was excellent. The only issue I had was the fact that my insurance company had to schedule an adjuster to survey the damage and authorize repairs. Basically, it would be nice to see if Caliber would align itself with insurance companies to eliminate the adjuster scheduling.

In this day and age where customer service is almost nonexistent, Caliber was a wonderful surprise from organizing the rental car to working with the insurance company and the constant updates, the process was seamless and took the sting out of the pain and inconvenience of a fender ! I am truly grateful!
