They were easy to work with. The manager was pleasant and kind. I didn’t know they would return my rental car until I asked specifically, would be good to explain the whole process up front. I did have to go back as a sensor wasn’t calibrated correctly, which was inconvenient but they got me in immediately, and fixed it quickly. Good service with nice people.

The manager went out of his way to text me updates and have me pick up my car on a Saturday when only he was in the office. Everyone was kind and very patient - which is great after a stressful experience like a car accident.

They appear to have taken care of the car but they did not catch everything the first time and then took them another week plus to figure out what was wrong. The multiple locations was also annoying as they did not talk to each other at all despite telling me that they are 1 garage when I agreed that they could use a different location than where I dropped it off. Overall would not recommend.

Repairs look good, but the state my truck was returned to me in leaves something to be desired. Deanna was great and was a pleasure to work with.

Repairs look good. One of the screws on the side panel fell out the same day I picked it up due to the insert being completely stripped. Not really worth returning for additional repair, but worth mentioning.

Deanna was excellent with communication and keeping me posted in the status of my vehicle. Excellent customer service! In terms of repairs, everything looked good, except the clips that they used on the front end of my car were practically useless. I was able to lift up the seal easily and removed the (clips) . The clips caliber used were just screws, that we’re not screwed into anything. They were just sitting within the hole. Fortunately, I keep clips in the back of my car and was able to replace them immediately.
