I was told by the lady that runs the shop that my van was a total loss. She told me that without having her facts straight two days later I was called by an adjuster and said he said it would it could be fixed. I didn’t appreciate that And I had my van all ripped apart. I said well if you’re gonna it, can you put it back together and she said ‘I’ll look in to it. I really like the way caliber worked in conjunction with the car rental company, but I will not be using them

Was told my car was totaled by the shop manager went in fact, she did not receive a new insurance company as official until three days later when I was called and told it would be repaired I thought my van was gone

I will be bringing the car back to you. My wife and daughter picked it up while I was out of town. Just left a note with customer service for you to call me. Right front fender looks bent back to shape not replaced, it’s still bent. The hood gap looks mid aligned. There is a piece still broken and missing from the under carriage.

I would like to thank Josh for taking care of me and my vehicle. I met him at another location a year or so ago in Cary. Piney Plains location. I immediately thought of him when I needed my car repaired because he took good care of me at that time as well. He is at Chaplin Hill location now in Cary. The staff there was excellent as well.
