The entire process it was made easy from start to finish. I don’t remember her name. I’m at the front desk was so sweet. Amanda called me several times to keep me updated. They work closely with Enterprise and made that part of the process easy as well.

Having more problems with my vehicle than what I came in with. Wheel is still scratched and was not addressed, the camera in my sideview mirror does not work, I am hearing a whistling sound when I drive above 50 mph as if air is not sealed off tightly anymore, many things were not reinstalled flush, especially my door trim. There was a paint drip that needed to be buffed out but luckily they were able to address it right after receiving my vehicle back. Giving them one more chance to right their wrongs but overall not a thorough job and I would not bring my car here again.

I’ve never had a collision center not be over-the-top thorough in the estimate and repair process. I am not happy with “receiving” my vehicle with visible damage still present

They did amazing on the body work and paint match. Only thing is they seemed to have left small white spots in the crevices in a few really small areas. I’m sure it’s an easy fix that I can follow up for. Overall, really great experience. Car was inspected and fixed within two weeks. The staff and mechanics did a great job. Genuinely felt like they cared about my vehicle and getting it as close as possible to it’s original state. My car looks like my car again. Very thankful.
