I was satisfied with repair work but I was disappointed with the detail work. My vehicle is an SUV and when it was detailed after the repairs were completed the detail staff completely missed the roof. The roof look awful with the dirt and dust that accumulated from being in the shop.

There is a flex in the lower part of the bumper they repaired. The original bumper did not flex. I have a lifetime warranty so I will take it by the shop later to ask them about the flexing.

Took longer than the "worse case senario" to get the car repaired, overall over a month. I was told there were 2 new tires, but the tred does not look like new tire tred. one of the new doors seem to "catch" as you gently close the door as if it is hitting the latch. The rear left suspension squeaks, hopefully that is because it was replaced and needs to work its way in.
