I interacted with Amanda and Janet. But Rachel was really the main driver of getting everything set up and going. Our repair was much quicker than anticipated. I was updated regularly and very pleased with the cooperation and service I received.

I had the rear bumper of my car replaced at caliber collision in Cary, NC after a small accident and they did a phenomenal job! The bumper looks ever better than it did prior to the accident. Caliber collision was quick and efficient. They kept me updated through text updates and an online progress tracker that was very helpful. The staff was abundantly friendly and welcoming and made sure that my needs were met and my questions were answered.

But ask for Amanda, Rachel and Brroks. Also, the folks in the back that Amanda took me to in order to show me the vehicle were also very good. TELL ALL YOUR PEOPLE THAT EACH AND EVERY ONE OF THEM IS RESPONSIBLE FOR PUTTING THEMSELVES IN THE CLENT'S SHOES AND THEY DID A GOOD JOB WITH ME!! THE SENIOR GUY IN THE SHOP ON MY JOB TOLD ME "CALL US IF YOU HAVE ANY QUESTIONS" YOU RARELY HEAR THAT FROM A FLOOR GUY ON THE FRONT LINE AS HE OR SHE ARE JUST FOCUSED ON THE CAR. KEEP IT UP!!

Amanda is a true professional. I would hire her in a heartbeat!! I wish I were not retired and she could join me in the best and most prestigious consulting firm in the world. (I am serious on both counts!!) Rachel was great also. She treats everything with a great sense of CALM URGENCY. She hustles but stays cools and calm. Would hire her too in a heartbeat!! The two make a great team!!
