Rachel, was the best part of the whole thing! She was awesome. But outside of that the communication was not what I was use to. I did most of the reaching out to see what is going on with my car. When I did call, it felt like I was bothering him with my questions. Caliber use to text me updates what stages my car was in, but it never happened.

There is a small section on truck - right corner - that does not look like the rest of the repair - if it does not hold up - I’ll bring the car back
