Taylor did an excellent job keeping me updated throughout the repair process with both phone calls and text messages, so I always knew what was going on with my car. He finished the repairs on time and explained the entire process before the work began, then went over everything again afterward to make sure I was happy with the results. Overall, I had a great experience with Caliber Collision and really appreciated the communication and professionalism.
