I feel like the communication regarding the repair was lacking. I didn’t really receive any updates throughout the process and no one seemed to know what was going on. I had to call them every single day to get an update and even then it was hard to get answers. I finally had to get the insurance company involved. I also feel like it took an excessive amount of time to repair my gate. 2.5 weeks
