Randy was great as as advisor.. front customer service people seemed inexperienced and when I called in 3 different times left me on hold for extended period of time.. should have been able to answer basic questions

My only complaints are that they kept extending the time they would need the car for. I would’ve preferred that they had been more thorough in the beginning of seeing what needed to be repaired and taking into account how many cars they already have to work on and gave me a true estimate even if it was longer. But they extended it more than two times. I also asked them to look and check out one of my headlights that went out right after the accident. it wasn’t near the collision area but it was random and happened to go out right after i got hit. They didn’t fix it, not the issue, but they also didn’t tell me that they weren’t going to or mention anything about it at all even after i asked ab it. Overall the experience was not bad. everyone was super nice to me and patient with me.
