I think the repair work was really excellent. Turnaround time and communication were excellent. All of the staff were courteous, kind, patient, and professional. Specifically Randy and Morgan, and the front desk/reception staff. My only issues (minor) iare with post repair detailing. I had to clean off some adhesive type residue from Left front fender, dusty residue in multiple spots in the interior, and there’s a small dark smudge on driver side door interior. Also, the White Pearl paint match is very good, but not perfect to my critical eye. Overall I’m VERY pleased, would highly recommend this Caliber location, but wanted to point out these little issues that reduced 100% to 98% satisfaction.

Overall the repair work is excellent. A score of 10 for me would mean the vehicle is indistinguishable from brand new, which is probably not achievable. Fit of all components is indistinguishable. Close inspection of minor areas like seams under the trunk lid shows excellent, but not like new, work. Paint color and finish / sheen match is excellent, but not indistinguishable from the original paint. I fully understand the challenges caused by differences in process mandated by repair facility vs the original factory, so I am quite happy with the work by Caliber.

All of my interactions with personnel at Caliber were professional, patient, kind and understanding of my disappointment with needing to have my car repaired. Randy and Morgan helped me make the choice to change the insurance filing from my own insurance to the at fault party's insurance company which improved logistics. The front desk / reception personnel were also very professional, kind and patient. Turnaround time for the repair was much faster than I expected. Communication on status of the repair was excellent through your text message notification system. I would not hesitate to recommend this location to others, and will definitely come back if ever I need repair service in the future. (We have lived nearby for 30 years and have used this facility in the past - both under Caliber and the prior management / ownership).
