The repair took far too long. I was without my car for almost two months for a dented trunk and bumper. While Maddie did keep me posted on progress, I might have preferred keeping my car until the parts were ready.

Some minor issues that need to be fixed. It is hard to get scheduled as the caliber location is very busy and most times no place to park in the lot.

Very nice people to work with. I feel that my best interests are considered, and my confidence level is high, but it’s is a challenge to get in there as it is a busy and crowded operation there.
