I got my car back in timely manner, the center manager, Joe Leeworthy and Chuck are very polite, knowledgable and willing to answer my questions. Although I had bad experience with Enterprise rental again, I am happy with Caliber's service.

I hate the smell of whatever you used to clean the inside of the car. Why can't you use an odor free cleaner? I'm completely satisfied with the work you did on the outside of the car, which is what I brought it in for.
