You have a very good team. They are very friendly and helpful when someone comes into your entrance. This is the third time you have repaired our van. Each time you did a very good job. If I need repairs in the future you are the ones I want to do it.

Great job on the repair, cannot tell there was any previous damage. One thing I think could be improved is the pickup experience. I came in to pickup my car and after paying at the front desk I was handed my key and asked if I had any questions. I hadn't even been shown my car yet. It would be nice to have the service technician walk out to the car with the customer to go over the work that was done and ensure the customer approves of how the work turned out. Other than that I am completely happy with the service that I received.
