I appreciated daily updates on the progress of the repairs. Although the repairs done by Caliber Collisions look good, I have yet to confirm the details at the next hand car wash.

I was impressed with Caliber Collision's customer service and professionalism. The cost estimates and approval process were clear. I received daily updates during the repair; they coordinated new estimates directly with the AAA adjuster when changes occurred, and there was a final walkthrough before the car was released.

There is some orange peel on the repair but it matches the rest of the car and the color matches well plus the car was cleaned out nicely and the contact throughout the process was great despite my rep leaving the company!
