I have always been very pleased with how they always keep you informed with what is going on with the car. I truly appreciate how much they care about their customers and how they try their hardest to make it as less stressful as possible with all things considering. I appreciate Mason’s level of communication each step of the way. He kept me in the loop and gave me choices as to how I wanted to proceed. Karen was amazing as well, she went out of her way to ensure the car rental company honored a discounted price due to their partnership, and made it easy for me to return my rental to the shop as an alternative to the rental company. This made it possible for me to pick up my car the same day repairs were completed. Thank you so much!
