When I made the initial appointment, the scheduler wasn't absolutely clear on how long the repair process would take. Partially, this was my fault for not being familiar with body shops, though.

One small piece was not put back in place and is being mailed to us. Also, the tab to roll down the window does not stay in place when rolling down the window.

Customer service during the repair process was exceptionally great. However, I had requested to do the walk-through with before repairs to get a preliminary idea of what the repairs would entail. Due to work constraints, I stated I wouldn't be able to make it in until the following Tuesday. When I called that Tuesday to make sure the time I planned to show would be acceptable, I was informed my truck was already taken apart and in pieces in the garage. While the rest of the customer service experience was remarkable and they did address this concern, I felt it was a failry significant misstep in the process.
