Everyone at the facility was polite, respectful and kind. Communication between Caliber and the insurance company was prompt and efficient. The repair was done in a timely manner. The education received upon pick up was thorough. Vehicle looks well taken care of. The detail job was fantastic, in and out. We were not expecting the inside detail but was a pleasant and appreciated surprise. Caliber location is easy to find and easy to get to. The work is well appreciated.

At first thought something wrong with speedometer but ended up it was in kilometers so I figured out how to change back mph . Drive all weekend and drive great

Great experience with Caliber Collision here in Castle Rock, CO, specifically Kyle and his team. My 2024 Lexus IS 350 F Sport had some rear quarter panel damage, and the repair came out flawless. You can’t tell anything ever happened.
