The process was so easy, I went in and got an estimate in less than an hour and had a drop off time right after. The work was amazing and was preformed in half the time I expected. Everyone I worked as very informative and knowledgeable. I have only good things to say about Caliber collision and would definitely go back in this situation.

We hit a giant piece of tire rubber on I-25 while driving our Volvo SUV, so we called CC! This was our second time working with Caliber Collision to get one of our vehicles repaired. Jay handled the repair process and did a great job! Kelly runs the front office and is always helpful, kind and efficient. Thanks to the great team at Caliber, we have a happy ending to a frustrating situation.

Repairs were great, but Jay screwed me over. The completion date was 7 Nov, and I was out of town for work till that day (Friday). Jay texted me on 5 Nov (Wednesday) saying repairs were done and got defensive when I asked why it was done early without warning. I had to beg my insurance to extend my rental car since it was parked at the airport, and Jay had told my insurance that the repairs were complete on 5 Nov.

Same comment about Jay. He didn't care that I wasn't in town and said "you have 24 hours to turn your rental in or they'll charge you extra", then proceeded to show me that he texted on Wednesday that the repairs were complete.
