I can't express how grateful I am to Kelly the manager and Jay my service advisor at Caliber Collision. They both exceeded my expectations and I couldn't be happier with the results. The process from start to finish was extremely professional. I couldn't be happier with my car back to new condition and completed in 4 days.

Caliber Collision exceeded my expectations. I worked with Jay & Kelly at the new Castle Rock facility. They were very accomodating, answered all my questions and delivered on everything they told me. It was truly the best customer service experience I've had in a very long time.

I was well informed of every step of the process which was great. Though the best part of the process was the very last day. Knowing I was having to pay out of pocket for my rental, Devin at the Castle Rock location worked well into the night to ensure I got my car back on the day promised. I would like to express my sincere gratitude to the team at Caliber Collision for their exceptional professional expertise in their field. Not only was my vehicle repaired to its original condition, but it was also delivered well ahead of the scheduled date. I was initially concerned about the paint matching due to the unique color. However, the color was perfectly matched, exceeding my expectations. This marks the second time I have entrusted Caliber Collision with the repair of a vehicle, and I would gladly use their services again in the future.

My car was not fixed completely and I was given the run around. I spoke with insurance and my insurance said it should have been fixed so I’m not sure where the mixup happened. I also informed caliber collision that there are new damages to my vehicle that were not there when I initially dropped my car off. I was told by caliber collision to contact insurance to remedy the situation and State Farm told me that the claim was approved and everything should have been fixed. So my car still isn’t fixed and nobody has reached out from caliber collision. Also, the ladies at the front desk at the Littleton location and castle rock location are very rude and unprofessional. Not a good first experience and I would never willingly bring my car back to this company.
