The end result was excellent but my service advisor Daniel Carver at the Catonsville Bloomington Avenue location had to work very hard to get it right. There seemed to be communication issues regarding the type of spoiler I had. It was ordered then declined as mine was permanently attached to the lift gate.An after market lift gate in black was ordered but when that came in they didn't use it. They found someone on staff that does custom work and was able to repair and paint the spoiler instead. So kudos to Daniel at the Catonsville location for getting the car back to me with a beautifully painted and repaired spoiler and super clean and detailed. He needs a commendation for his out of the box thinking. He saved everyone time and money . Thanks Daniel. Everyone at the office was kind and professional.Thankyou also to Rose and Casey.
