While I don't know much about cars, I was impressed by caliber's approach to keep me informed. I realized realized caliper had to work with BMW getting the parts needed to fix the car. I know it was a strangers project because BMW Doesn't Have Parts with The Cars and they have to come From Germany, Nevertheless. As soon as they God they parts, Cali, Peru, extremely well and making sure my car will be OK.. I I'm highly Satisfied with the work. They did for me and the professional and respectful way in which they informe.

After further reviewing mycdaughters car it appears some shortcuts were taken. Found red overspray on a black fender piece. That’s just laziness. The piece should have been taken off vs taped. Also found a bottom back bumper piece that has paint issues. The biggest problem is the paint between the rear fender and back bumper don’t match up. This is frustrating as my daughter needs this car to get to and from work and school. These issues need to be fixed by caliber and a rental car provided while caliber fixes the crappy workmanship they caused
