Actual repair went smooth, but didn't like the fact that appointment was 3weeks after I got my estimate. They should've warned before estimate was done so that I could consider other options.

The repairs were excellent. But the paint used presents a huge problem in Austin, where at home washing of cars is prohibited. 90 days without being allowed to use a commercial car wash, which is our ONLY option, means the entire finish will be ruined if you live/work with trees overhead. Add into that, the insane heat here which will bake those things right through the paint. So having part of the car repaired and repainted will now result in the entire car's finish being destroyed
