The insurance agency of the other party, who was paying for the repairs, set incorrect expectations for my by telling me to go to Caliber the next day without any appointment. Not only was Caliber able to adjust to accommodate me, they finished the repairs in record time. The entire time, they were friendly, communicative, and went out of their way to make sure everything was taken care of.
