I needed a fairly minor repair. It took 18 days to get my car back because a piece of molding wasn't ordered when the other parts required for the repair were. When I went to pick up the car, the driver's door was rubbing and had to be adjusted. My keys were left in the car with the car on and my battery was drained. This morning, my battery is dead due to the damage from draining the battery.
