The staff is friendly and answered my questions honestly with understandable responses. They called the rental car agency for me. They kept me informed on my vehicle repair via texts which l loved. When I picked up my car the work was perfection and my service advisor explained all that was done. It was nice chatting with the service advisor being the end of the week and he had time to be personable. Great experience and very pleased with the repair service.

My advisor at Caliber Collison was Michael. He made sure that my vehicle was taken care of and kept me up to date on the progress. I have never had this kind of service with any other body shop that I have taken my vehicles to. This was an appreciated service. Hoping that I will not have to take my vehicles to a body shop again, I know that if I do have to, I will certainly be taking mine to Calliber Collision. Michael was awesome!
