Jennifer was amazing! She had done the intake, marked up the vehicle damage, and advised me of the reality that my truck may be totaled, but they’d have to look into it! She got back to me later that afternoon and explained it would not be totaled out and advised they would be proceeding with repairs. This was a huge relief, but not the reason why she’s so amazing! She has great customer service. Amazing communication! Took the time to keep me and my family updated on the progress of the repairs and provided images that I could share my daughter. She went above and beyond…

All is well. I was not impressed with the service of enterprise car people. I had to wait a long time to get my rental car. Way too long. Have not had that kind of service from enterprise for a long time . Caliber collision is excellent tho.
