Went to pick up car after repair was complete. I noticed that a piece of the bumper was not fitting flush and looked like screwdriver gouge marks along the edge of the part. Also, the bumper cover was not attached correctly and revealed a large gap where it met the hatchback, revealing the clip where it should have been connected. Car was sent back to the shop and completed 3 days later to my satisfaction.

Advisor Michael Ornelas was courteous and knowledgeable, and updated us fairly regularly. But, we felt that he was not upfront and truthful about how long the repair was going to take. This was a very minor accident with little visible damage. Original completion estimate was 2 weeks, but actual completion was almost 4 weeks. Delays were blamed on "parts delays", yet they seemed to be able to get replacement parts within 2 days when they found that new parts were defective.
