It took almost 3 months to complete what should have been a routine repair. They kept delaying for one part that they never did get. They used a workaround that could have been completed 2 months earlier.

The team at Caliber was courteous and professional. They kept me updated and everything that was happening with my vehicle. They also did an excellent job on the repair. When I picked up my vehicle it was exceptionally clean and smelled really good inside. I would definitely use their services again and recommend them to anyone looking for repairs.

This is my first claim. I’m 47 and they eased me thru the process. Derek was great. He took care of all the things, that i really knew nothing about…like i thought i knew, i didnt. And he treated me fairly and respectfully. The repair was great…and talk about excellent costumer service, while servicing the vehicle he suspected the freon was low, checked and topped it off. I really hope I never get into another accident but i will without a doubt be a caliber customer. Thanks team!

The team that took care of my car was amazing. They got synched quickly, and even on the test drive, my tech/lead on my car suspected was low on coolant and topped it off. Totally unexpected and appreciated. This was my first wreck in 30 years of driving and i was feeling pretty dumb, they walked me thru the important stuff, the stuff insurance would handle, and what i could expect. I never want to be in crash again, but Caliber is my collision spot should it happen. Thank you guys. Truly. Derek is the man to talk to.
