The repair work was fantastic and everyone was friendly and informative. The painting, body work, stripe application was all performed at high quality and the interior was even cleaned. My insurance approved an after-market part instead of a dealer part but I’m calling them to request the upgraded part and it was attached as well as the team could. Very happy with the work.

High degree of professionalism in the reconstruction of my cherished challenger. Very courteous staff kept me informed of the status. My only complaint is due to the after market part that insurance required and didn’t fit 100%. Everything else was 100%, including the brilliant black paint and the R/T dual stripes across door and fender, lined up perfectly

Caliber was quick to diagnose my problem, and offer a solution just as quickly. They kept the cost low, and had me out of there in under an hour. I truly appreciate everyone at Caliber, who made me feel like my problem was their problem, and fixing it was their only goal.

When we dropped off the car there, we told them we only had one car to use and ask if we could use the car until they started the repair. They advised us to leave the car there. The car sat on the lot untouched for a couple of weeks, while my wife had to stay away from home and walk to work.
