From the moment I walked through the door until the day I picked up my car, every member of the team demonstrated professionalism, outstanding communication, and genuine pride in their work. Megan, at the front desk, kept everything running seamlessly. She coordinated my Enterprise rental car pick-up and return, handled all of the paperwork, and worked directly with my insurance company, State Farm, making the entire repair process completely stress-free. Xochitl ("Sochi"), my Service Advisor, was phenomenal. She served as the liaison between me and the repair technician, providing timely updates throughout the repair process. She communicated estimated costs, explained each step, and kept me informed on the repair timeline. Her communication was proactive, thorough, and greatly appreciated. Then there's Richard, the technician who repaired my vehicle. His workmanship was absolutely flawless. When I picked up my car, it looked as beautiful as the day I bought it nearly three years ago. Not only was the repair itself perfect, but Richard went far beyond what I expected. My car had been meticulously cleaned inside and out, and every detail reflected the pride he takes in his craft. One detail, in particular, left a lasting impression. My front license plate had been badly crumpled in the rear-end collision, and I fully expected to have to replace it. Instead, when I picked up my car, it looked brand new. I actually asked whether they had purchased a new plate because I couldn't believe they had restored the original so perfectly. That level of care and attention to detail speaks volumes about the caliber of their work. What impressed me most was the culture at Caliber Collision. The team truly operates like a family—everyone supports one another, communicates seamlessly, and genuinely cares about delivering an exceptional customer experience.
