Caliber has been the BEST with getting my repairs/paint done! This is twice I've used them & I'm NEVER disappointed! They keep you well informed about what's going on with your vehicle with constant texts. Thanks to Xochitl for all the updates. The employees are absolutely amazing! My car looks & smells brand new! I couldn't be happier with all their services! I definitely recommend Caliber Collision in Charles Town! Also, I'd like to add, they had it completed before the estimated finish date, which was so great since I didn't have a rental.

Great customer service, communication was stellar with text updates about where they were in the process. The new bumper looks great and the interior of my van was wiped down and vacuumed which was greatly appreciated! Finally the ability to pick up and drop off the rental car was extremely convenient!
