Everyone was so polite and professional, and did an excellent job of explaining what needed to be done and answering my questions. I also appreciated the daily text messages with updates on the progress of my repairs, and that everything was completed in slightly less time, and slightly under what the estimate estimated costs would be. I’m very satisfied!

Overall, I am satisfied with the repairs as well as the process of picking up my vehicle when it was finished however I was dissatisfied with the open line of communication when it came to reciprocating an estimated time frame for when the repairs would be finished.
