They didn't do the repairs, the car was totaled. Although everyone was very nice and I would use them. Hopefully I never need to.

The vehicle is still not fixed!!!! Finder is loose when we picked it up the guy said he would tell his Manager-get another one ordered and call us to get it installed. No one has called and I noticed someone hit the car while in your possession!!!! There was red paint around the back bumper! Worst experience and the car is not fixed!

They told me that they would let me know what was going on with my car step by step.They did not they just text me to let me know that it was fixed and painted.

Upon arrival I was told to go buy all new tires for my vehicle before the mechanic would even look at it. Because of this it took another 3 days to get my vehicle in for service as this was a Friday and they were not open on the weekend. I had to wait until Monday for them to look at my car.
