Unbelievable service, manager Ryan is a true pro he made a bud situation much better. The daily updates meant so much. Glen would call me everyday and tell me about the progress. Ryan would send pics... it was awesome service. And best part is our Jeep came out GREAT.

Sarah (the front desk) was amazing anytime I would call, and it was a lot! Never answered questions she didn’t have the answer to and in that case I was transferred to Josh whom I’m glad I had the pleasure to speak with. Professional, courteous, and honest- a first for me!. Truck finished a week sooner than scheduled, went above and beyond to fix the damage and restore it to its former glory and, if I'm being honest, better than the original. I’m hoping I never have to go back as it is a repair center but in the off chance I need repairs, I’m calling Caliber Collision.

Loved the fact that Josh was able to bring my vehicle to me when the it was done. Not having access to a vehicle due to a dispute with the other driver's insurance was stressful and not having to figure out how I was going to pick up my vehicle took a lot of the stress off of me.
