I can't complain really about my experience with caliber collision because I didn't have major damage to my car. I accidentally backed into someone's car at my apartment complex after work when I was trying to park my car. The only thing that I didn't like is my insurance didn't cover my damage because the deductible but that's not caliber collisions fault. But the service was good easy and quick I don't know how they are with more serious damage. They helped with getting a rental car which was nice. I was not happy with enterprise because I was lied to by someone telling me was good till Tuesday and I was supposed to get a bigger refund but oh well I'll just be more careful in the future.

I’m missing stuff from my trunk and I was told multiple times that my car was ready when it wasn’t. And then when I went to pick it up, my paper work was not ready and I still don’t have any of my stuff that was previously in my trunk

Unfortunately my vehicle was damaged, no fault of my own. I chose Caliber Collison on E. Independence Blvd for repairs. OMG!! From start to finish they exceeded expectations! Fast, friendly and professional service. John communicated with me on a regular basis on how my repairs were progressing. What could have been a frustrating and overwhelming experience was made seamless. Thank you guys so much for your excellent service and attention to detail. We will ALWAYS go back to Caliber for our vehicle needs!
