My BMW X5 was drivable without any problems. All lights, directionals and steering were fine when I dropped it off. The shop had stripped everything off the front end requiring thousands of dollars of additional repairs. Since my X5 had great resell value I believe the shop stripped it to somehow gain possession of the vehicle for their own profit.

When I picked up my car today the cosmetic damage was repaired and my car looked like the day I drove it out of the showroom inside and out. Very pleased with workmanship and paint. Lifetime warranty for professional service. I would recommend caliber collision to friends and family.

Before I took my car there for repairs I was worried about the colors not matching. I've seen many car doors or other parts painted after an accident and the colors were off. That was my concern. When I went to pick my car up I couldn't help but to smile because the colors matched PERFECTLY and the car looked new. I am 100% satisfied with the job that was done and I would highly recommend anyone to take their car to caliber collision to get their car repaired. You will not be disappointed!!

I really had a good experience from customer service to picking up my car. I was treated nicely and the staff was professional. My goodness!!!
