Had me bring my drivable car in a week before they started repairs. I had to pay for a rental car out of my pocket for that week. There is also a discrepancy about the in/out mileage. They were good about keeping me informed about progress being made.

The Chesterfield Caliber Collision shop has gone above and beyond on more than one repair making sure my entire car looked good. My while family and I have used this shop since 2016 and we won’t use any other.

I was very impressed by the quality of my communications with my service person. He thoroughly explained the process when we reviewed the damage to my vehicle and he and the Caliber staff continued to update the status of the repair daily. The work itself exceeded my expectations and was very professional. Bottom line I was more than satisfied with the results - the team did a fantastic job and completed the work ahead of the original schedule. This was a very stressful experience for me and the Caliber team made it more than tolerable. My thanks to them.
