The staff at the chesterfield location are so much nicer and patient on the phone versus went it gets re-directed to the call center. The call center rushed me and did not have the answers I needed. When I got chesterfield staff in the phone they were always prompt with their answers and so helpful when I was confused. They weren’t condescending and they didn’t make me feel like a burden for asking questions.
