Before arriving, Miss Angie and Brie answered all of my questions about securing a rental. After arrival, Miss Angie and Brie made sure I was welcomed and shown a room where I could relax while my car was inspected. I met Todd, whom answered all of my questions and explained how my car would be repaired. The final job is beautiful! My car looks new, again.

Service was fantastic! I liked getting the periodic text updates, and I loved the wonderful staff. I thought it was really cool when one of the managers offered to give me a ride to the rental car place. I was also treated with kindness and respect from everyone I was in contact with. Will absolutely recommend Caliber to anyone!

Repair work was wonderful - looks like a new car - and was returned to me all cleaned up and smelling great. Reggie and the rest of the staff were really friendly and helpful. Car rental was all arranged for me too!
