Although the final repair was satisfactory, the process leading up to completion was disappointing. I received multiple promised completion dates that were changed at the last minute. When I called for clarification, I was met with attitude and even hung up on. It wasn’t until I involved my insurance company that progress was made. Based on this experience, I would be reluctant to recommend Caliber Collision.
