Your systems to update the progress of repairs are flawed. This is the second time we have used your firm and had the same issue both times. Within 10 minutes one day, I was told my car was headed to reassembly, and then less than 15 minutes later I was told a part was still required and the car release would be delayed. In fact it was delayed by 4 business days.
