I don't believe that I have ever experienced customer service from any type of auto service center (auto body repair, service or mechanical) that was even close to as good as my experience with Caliber Collision.

Caliber Collision did fine - wish I could have received texts over emails, but that was out of their control thanks to Farmers Insurance. I absolutely HATED the rental car- it was filthy, smelled horribly of smoke and it was a car instead of an SUV and that really caused issues for the week that I had the rental and I had to postpone a lot of things that I needed to do since I was unable to haul anything with a tiny little car. Again - not Caliber's concern but they should partner with a company other than Enterprise if this becomes a frequent issue.

The car was repaired perfectly and returned to me cleaned inside and out. (a nice touch). Everyone was very friendly and professional and handled all the paperwork with the insurance company.
